About Lizbeth Grant
After working in advertising for many years, I decided to look for a more personally rewarding career and retrained in various therapies before I found Life Coaching. I work with ladies in their ’middle years’ who are looking to gain clarity on a particular issue or issues, inspiring them to take action and achieve change. I have empathy for the issues often faced by ladies as they get older, which can range from weight problems to empty nest syndrome. Coaching is empowering, providing valuable support and accountability. And often, one of the greatest benefits is gained from having those confidential conversations and being heard without judgement. Coaching sessions can be face to face in London SW18 or W14 or via telephone or Skype. I meet wonderful people in my work and value the importance of building rapport with them during our sessions. I love to look after my clients and, if I feel it will help, provide my own notes the following day to clarify what was covered in the session.My training, work experience and any achievement
I gained a Personal Performance Coaching Disploma (Merit) from The Coaching Academy and also have diplomas in reflexology and naturopathic nutrition therapy.Further Information
